At Console Care Agency we strive for high standards and so our selection of well suited candidates follows a thorough screening and background check; thereafter a broad database of qualified and experienced Caregivers, Nursing Assistants & Companions are on call and available to assist Clients as and when the need arises. Our Caregivers have all undergone training in Basic &/or Advanced Home Care and have gained valuable experience from working locally or abroad.

Console Care Agency is a registered employment service. We employ staff on your behalf and take care of all statutory requirements in line with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.

When we place a Caregiver in your home, we are aware of the various factors, which are involved when inducing a new person into the intricacies a home environment. We will therefore endeavour to place the same full time and relief Carer with you on an ongoing basis so that there is as little disruption to your routine as possible. Should your full time Carer be unable to arrive for duty, we will provide a replacement Carer for you as quickly as possible.

Console Care Agency gives you peace of mind by providing an ongoing backup service; if at any stage you are unhappy with one of our Carers, we ask you to alert us as soon as possible so that we may take the appropriate action.

We also offer a minimum service period so that should you wish to try out our service and ensure that care-at-home is the right option for you or for one of your family members, you may cancel or renew the service on a no-risk, week to week basis.

I apologise for the belated reply but I thank  you sincerely for your note of condolence and beautiful poem..  Brian really had a long, horrible illness so it was a release for us all when he passed away.  I am struggling to put it all in perspective but I know I will soon find my feet again.

On the morning that he died Ntombi was absolutely amazing.  She was in complete control and did all the necessary tasks with complete professionalism.  When Evidence came on duty at 06h00 she, too, assisted Ntombi and together they prepared Brian for the family and undertakers.  I could not have managed without them.  Please thank them both for all they did.  Margaret was also such a star when she worked – Brian loved the way she brushed his hair!  I do miss your girls and I just hope and pray that they all have jobs at the moment.

Many thanks for all your help- it has been quite a load for me to handle this as well as trying to convince the medical aid, who unfortunately gave me little help but a lot of run-around!

As discussed, the family has decided to place Bernard in a frail care facility following his stay in hospital where today we wait to hear when surgery will be performed on his leg.

Thus I would like to cancel the Carer support as from today and give the required  week notice ending Thursday 17 June. 

It is a difficult job looking after elderly people and whenever I was down in Pinetown, I found the carers to be most helpful.

I know that Bernard was particularly fond of Mbali, but all the ladies did a great job.

I particularly appreciated the fact that Gladness was able to assist us right at the beginning and did such a sterling job with getting Bermard on the mend.

I am sad to let her go as she is a wonderful asset to your company, extremely pleasant, cheerful, kind and gentle with the old people and very knowledgeable and patient in seeing to their needs.

But circumstances as they are, we will no longer be needing her services.

My mom is doing much better now thanks very much.  Margaret is fabulous.

My mom said she can cope on her own now, her shoulder is getting better, she just has to exercise it now.

I hereby give 2 weeks notice.  Which means Margaret needs only continue until the end of this month.  My mom is very fond of her and I’m sure she will miss her

 I will definitely use your agency in the future should we need to.

My mother, aged 80 years old had a bad fall and broke her shoulder.   She lives with my dad but he is also frail these days and although he tries his best he does not have the strength to lift or help with her bathing, etc.

Your company and the staff are fantastic, helpful, friendly and accommodating.

(my mother changes her mind about how many times she needs help and your company is always obliging.)

Morning Donna, it is with regret and a heavy heart that we have had to make the decision to put Mrs Tuck into a frail care home, which we will be doing at the end of this month. Please take this as notice for Rejoice (I have already spoken to her) and she will finish up her duties on the 28th March 2014. Also please note that Rejoice will be working this Friday from 8am until 12 noon on the public holiday.

Rejoice has been a pleasure to have with us this last 10 months or so and a great help, and she has done her job exceedingly well. If she requires a reference for another job of this nature we will be glad to provide a reference for her if required.

I also want to thank Consol for coming to our “rescue” during this difficult period and for providing quality staff.

Miss Ntokoza  Ngcobo  is employed through Console Care, as a night nurse in our Golden Hours Hostel. On Friday 31 January 2014 we had a medical emergency in the hostel. We had a 12 year old chap with status epilepticus,. This happened at 01.05 am.

Ntokoza handled the situation very well. She made all the correct judgment calls. She did not panic. She alerted all the correct people.

Ntokoza is a professional, honest and loyal young lady. She has a wonderful relationship with our hostel boarders.

She is an asset to your company

It is with regret that we advise that we wish to terminate the console care
services at the end of March.  My mother passed away on Saturday.  So
unfortunately we will no longer require the services of Fortunate who has
been an excellent carer for my mother.  We can recommend her highly.  My
father will be giving her a gratuity, but we would advise you as requested.
I can only say that her activities for us can only be described as
exemplary.

I am sorry to say that Aunty Deeds is not doing too well since the operation. This being the case we will have to end our Contract with you.
